Shipping Information

At Vape Time, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely to ensure your products arrive as soon as possible up until 5:30pm on working days. 

UK Delivery Options

We currently offer Royal Mail tracked delivery services across the UK.

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked
    Free shipping is available on all orders over £40.
  • Orders under £40 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery service.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur during busy periods, adverse weather conditions, or postal disruptions.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order, as Vape Time cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of vaping products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or further information to help resolve the issue quickly.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and we will arrange the issue to be resolved promptly.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back

Shipping costs for non-faulty returned items are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
